In the near future, Easton Valley will be performing their first production for the school year, ‘Getting the Axe’ written by Don Zolidis. This production is a comical murder mystery that was written in the past year.. The school will host a matinee play on Friday, November 14th, from 10-noon. The public can come to the weekend performances on November 14/15 at 7:30 pm, and on November 16th at 3 pm.
When asked what her favorite line was, Nizhonia Schmidt, a junior, said, “I’m going to come to your house and make a hat out of your ferret.” Another cast member, Sam Limond, said if he could say anything to the skeptics, it would be, “ Critics sit through the entire show and THEN write about how much they hate it”. He’s telling everyone that they should give the show a chance before hating on it.
