Second grade has been learning about the War of 1812. Yesterday in Mrs. Ralston's class, students were tasked with recreating their own version of The USS Constitution naval ship, using very specific materials. Then, they got to test their designs to see how many soldiers (pennies) their boats would carry across the harbor before their ship sinks. The winning number was 123 soldiers! Great Job American Patriots!
