4th grade had a celebration in math today! In the winter, 66% of students were proficient in aMath. By spring that number jumped to 80% proficient! To celebrate their hard work and growth, 4th graders enjoyed a flavored water party and a Rice Krispy treat. Students picked from a variety of flavored water packets to mix into their bottles of water. While enjoying their treats, students also worked in small groups to solve place value puzzles. It was a perfect mix of celebrating success and continuing to learn!
