Our students Austin Thomson and Lillian Soto have spent their Sunday and Monday at Wartburg College for the Meistersinger Honor Choir. It is competitive and a pretty big deal to get selected for- they’ve gotten voice lessons from the college faculty, worked with the composer of the music they’re singing, and put in a lot of work this weekend. If you’d like to watch the concert, it is live streamed (and archived if you can’t watch live at 5 tonight) at https://www.wartburgknightvision.com and will be a phenomenal performance! Austin is singing in the mixed choir, and Lillian in the treble choir. Thanks for your support for our fine arts students!

Hello everyone! Emma Beck is holding a bake sale at the basketball games February 4th. It’s also senior night, so come support your senior girls and boys while enjoying a sweet treat:) All baked goods will be free, but donations are always appreciated. Scholarships Available for Jackson County Students!
Scholarship applications from the Community Foundation of Jackson County are now available to students at six local high schools: Maquoketa, Easton Valley, Bellevue, Marquette Catholic, Northeast and Midland. Students should apply at dbqfoundation.org/jacksonscholarships by midnight on March 6.
The Foundation offers scholarships through its endowment funds, which are invested permanently and provide annual payouts forever, ensuring Jackson County youth are supported for generations to come.
